Wey Bridging Finance has announced bridging loan rates starting from 0.95%.
The lender said the updated pricing follows ongoing work with its institutional funding partners aimed at reducing its cost of capital and improving pricing for borrowers.
The rates apply across residential and mixed-use transactions, where mixed-use properties have a minimum 51% residential element, at sub-70% LTV and LTGDV.
Jordan Hallows, Director at Wey Bridging Finance, commented:
“We’ve been working closely with our institutional funding partners to reduce our cost of capital, enabling us to pass those savings directly on to our borrowers through lower rates starting from 0.95%.”
