Katy Fogarty joins from Bluecroft Finance and will primarily support brokers across London and the South as Wey Bridging expands its broker relationships.
Wey Bridging Finance has appointed Katy Fogarty as its first business development manager.
Fogarty joins from Bluecroft Finance and brings more than 16 years of experience across mortgages, specialist lending and bridging finance.
She has worked in business development, relationship management and account management, supporting brokers with specialist property finance cases and developing relationships with clients, solicitors, lenders and other industry contacts.
Fogarty will primarily cover London and the South, although she will work with brokers across the UK. Her role will focus on developing new and existing broker relationships, supporting transactions and contributing to Wey Bridging’s growth.
