

Our Bridging Loans
Our bridging loans start from 1% per month with loan sizes ranging from £200,000 to £2,000,000. We lend up to 75% of the RICS valuation, secured on a first charge only. Terms are available from 3 to 18 months, with extensions upon request. Fees include a 1% arrangement fee and a 1% exit fee, and interest can be either retained or serviced.
We fund buy-to-let acquisitions and refinances, light to heavy refurbishments and extensions, land with planning permission, mixed-use commercial and residential properties, and long leaseholds. We also finance below market value deals including auctions, off-market opportunities, and receivership sales.
