Wey Bridging Finance, a specialist property lending business, is experiencing exciting growth – and we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
If you have experience in Bridging Loan Finance and a passion for property, this is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with clients, brokers, and internal teams to develop new business and optimise funding opportunities.

Wey Bridging Finance provides short-term, unregulated loans to businesses and individuals, using our own capital to lend directly to the UK property market. Our solutions are tailored for property owners, developers, and businesses, and as a privately funded lender, we can complete transactions within days of the initial enquiry.
🗝️ Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop relationships with financial intermediaries, property investors, and developers across the UK.
– Generate new business and maximise funding opportunities through our established network.
– Manage client journeys from application through to completion, maintaining exceptional service.
– Deliver outstanding communication and customer service at every stage.
Report pipeline and key opportunities to the Head of Lending and Company Director.
✍ Skills & Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Bridging Finance market as a Business Development Manager.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Proficient with systems and computer tools.
– Passionate about property and property finance.
– Proven ability to manage client and broker relationships.
– Demonstrated experience in developing a pipeline and generating new business.
